All Priorat’s typical grenache delicacy can be found in this wine. On the smell, the sweet-tasting notes join younger fruit traces. The full and long taste on the palate is very well surrounded by the oak flavour conferred by its settling in a barrel.
By means of long maceration: Between 19, 20 days with two temperature control stages; in the first stage between 28 and 29 degrees and a second stage at approximately 24 degrees of temperature.

Grenache wine: 75% of French oak barrels and 25% of American oak barrels for 14 months.
Cabernet Sauvignon: 50% of French oak barrels and 50% of American oak barrels for 12 months and depending on the quality of the vintage.
