winemaking, with an exceptional tasting panel made up of Julia del Castillo, Federico Olderburg, Javier Rueda,
José Luis González Cledera, Jaime Bermúdez, Bartolomé Sánchez, Etelvino Sánchez, Miguel Ángel Rincón, Jesús
Bernard, Gemma Vela, Mayte Corsín and Javier Pulido. Tasting sessions conducted in accordance with the strict
rules of the OIV, the International Organisation of Wine and Vine.
